1) How can I cancel my flight tickets?

 To cancel your tickets, simply follow the steps below:

•Log onto www.airnwings.com  

•Click on the Manage My Booking link

•Click on My Flight & click on Cancel Bookings button and follow the instruction.

•Enter the AiRnWingS Booking ID corresponding to your booking and the Contact Number that you gave at the time of the booking.

•You can choose to cancel your entire booking or cancel any specific passengers or sectors in your booking after you log in.

•Please review the cancellation penalty and refund amount before you confirm to cancel the booking.

•The refund amount would reflect in the same account that was used to make the payment at the time of the booking.

** We now also support cancellation of select international flights online.

2) Documents needed to check-in for a flight?

It is mandatory to carry a Government issued photo identification (ID) proof along with the E-Ticket copy. The same is verified by the airport security as well as the airline at the check in counter. On presenting your photo ID proof and E-Ticket copy, your boarding pass will be issued. For international flights, your passport is the only valid photo ID proof that will be accepted.

In case of an infant traveling, it is mandatory to carry the birth certificate of the infant along with the ticket.

It is not mandatory to carry the credit/debit card that was used to make the payment at the time of the booking, if you have booked through www.airnwings.com (we do not pass on your account details to the airline).

3) Get a copy of the E-Ticket?

To view and take a printout of your E-Ticket, simply follow the steps below:

Log onto www.airnwings.com

Click on the Customer Support link

Click on “Print E-Tickets” button under your product type(Domestic Flights, International Flights, Rail)

Enter the AiRnWingS Booking ID corresponding to your booking and the Contact Number given at the time of making the Booking.

4) E-Ticket

The E-Ticket is emailed to the email address given at the time of booking within 30 minutes (for Domestic Flight) of the time of booking and receipt of payment. It may take up to 24 hours for the E-Ticket to be mailed to you in case of International Flights.

You can also log on to the Customer Support section on the AiRnWingS website after 30 minutes from the time of booking to view and take a printout of your E-Ticket. Simply follow the steps below:

Click on the Customer Support link

Click on “Print E-Tickets” button under your product type(Domestic Flights, International Flights, Rail)

Enter the AiRnWingS Booking ID corresponding to your booking and the Contact Number given at the time of making the Booking.

 5) Baggage Allowance

Baggage Allowance on International Flights vary with the airline, sector/destination, frequent flyer membership and other factors.

6) What are the modes of payment?

We accept all Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, most major debit cards issued in India, as well as Net Banking payments from most major Indian banks for online bookings.

7) Can I change the dates on the booking?

The booking modification can be done by calling on our support numbers. The changes would be possible as per the availability of cab with the vendor and Terms and conditions as applicable.
